BTI is a residential home providing safe, structured, and supportive care for adults with disabilities while promoting independence and quality of life.

We serve disabled adults who may require assistance with daily living, medication management, and community engagement.

While participation is encouraged, activities are tailored to individual interest and abilities. We work closely with our residents to plan each month’s activities in a way that everyone can engage and be part of the community.

Yes! Families are welcomed!

Each resident has a personalized care plan that we work closely with their support team and case coordinator to establish. These goals are monitored by staff and the Home Manager. We use state of the art software programs to track goals, medications, and individual’s needs.

☀️ Morning (7 AM - 10 AM)

  • Wake-up and morning routine (hygiene, dressing, breakfast)
  • Administer medications as needed
  • Assist residents in preparing for their day (some may attend day programs; others may have in-home activities)

🕘 Mid-Morning to Afternoon (10 AM - 3 PM)
